Established in 2005, the Worka Cooperative has approximately 305 members today. The cooperative joined the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU) in 2005, an umbrella organization established to support a sustainable coffee supply from cooperatives in the Gedeo ethnic region of Ethiopia.
